It was something that was on and I enjoyed it but don't know what it was called, it was about someone's life, he wrote it himself and was mostly about his parents life, he was an only child.
I'd like to buy he book if there is one.

Was it "Ethel & Ernest" based on the novel by Raymond Briggs and about his parents life ?

Got the book, it's good and a lot of it is as my mum and dad were except in Berkshire.
