Hi I am to inform you that I am not able to do my family tree as it will not let me save at the bottom, I hope you understand what I mean. When I fill in the descriptions of my family it will not come up to let me click save on the bottom right hand corner, could you please help to get that part sorted for me please.

Not sure if it's the same problem but........when i had my tree on here, i used to have to "Zoom Out" in order to see the "Save Button" at the bottom of the page.

Yes, as PricklyHolly has described, that's what happened to me.

I switched browser from Internet Explorer to Google Chrome to access GR which sorted the problem.

Other alternative is as Prickles has said ... Zoom out and you should be able to access the save button.
