Hi,
There was a thread on here a while back for people to offer to take photos of graves in there local cemetery I'm not sure where the thread went or if there are people out there that can do this still
I need a photo or two of graves in Highgate, Edmonton, and Surrey, i would love to hear from anyone that can help me please

You could see if the cemeteries are listed on https://www.findagrave.com/ . If they are, once you've registered you can put up a photo request. Have you checked if there's an entry on https://billiongraves.com/ ?

Assuming the cemeteries are quite large, you're more likely to get a successful result if you can give the section and plot numbers.

Do remember that not all graves have headstones and, depending on the year of the first burial, that the plot may have been re-used

Hi

thank you for your reply, and the sites which I will have a look straight away

I have subscribed to deceased online and I have found members of my family in Highgate cemetery and as I don't live anywhere near, I was hoping I could ask anyone who lives/visits could take a picture :-) :-)

If no one volunteers, you could ask the "Friends of Highgate Cemetery" if they would oblige. As they are a charitable trust, they may ask for a 'donation'.

List the Cemeteries in your opening post. That way anyone who spots the thread has a better opinion if they could help. See if there is a family history, or historical society, branch close to the location. They may be willing to help. They often charge a fee to help their funds
