No I was more of the idea you needed to party more than I needed the numbers for the lottery. :-D :-D :-D

There must still be people falling for this type of scam otherwise they wouldn't bother sending them out.
Maybe banks and credit card companies should run an intelligence test before letting people open an account?
As for phone phishing, I hope none of the genuine organisations I deal with emply Indian staff as my immediate reaction to hearing an Indian accent on a caller is to put the phone down. However, have just changed the phones for ones with call barring installed so that might help.

i also put the phone down on indian cold callers.. Did 1471 for phone number check and the caller was my Dr's surgery. Had to offer apology and explaination, felt such a fool, so now i ask who is calling.
