Clicking on em address reveals address as:

[email protected]


Says my account was logged into by a new browser.

Asks me to reset my password by clicking on below:
Reset My Password

Must go out now but will be back for lunch.

I've done nothing about the email warning.

Sounds dodgy.
don't click on the link at all. If you are worried you can always change your password by logging into your own Apple account and changing it there.

I have left it alone but will find a telephone number for Apple and let them know (if they aren't aware already).

i keep getting emails about my supposed purchases of Apple products and clicks to link on if its not mee

Nope its not and i just delete

been getting too Amazon orders that i have supposedly cancelled .Nope not me again and i put em in Junk and block em

Disconnect it from the Internet ( remove ethernet cable switch off wifi if in use)
Reboot
After restart run av full check.
Reboot with Internet.
Unless yr machine is newish or you have a service contract you won't get much change out of Apple.
