Also looking for anyone who is related to someone who fought with my grandfather, Albert Peddle, in Burma during the second world war. Would love it if anyone had any info/photographs o him as ours were lost in a fire.

Maybe his Army records will have a photo
You can apply for the records as a next if kin with proof of his death

Try the Imperial War Museum. If you know his regiment you might be lucky.

On the other hand, a lot of regiments have their own museum - always worth a try.
