Thanks Louise, Lyndsey has only been in the job 6 months but she loves it. She completed a degree in Marine & Freshwater biology last year and got a job at the Sealife centre in Birmingham in November. Well this week she was told on Monday that she was having her review on Tuesday, The man concerned, later in the day, asked her to get some equipment from the office and in the drawer were it was she saw notes that he had written about her, which were not very nice. she asked him about them and was told at the review that he felt that her performance had detiriated recently, and that she was to have a disiplinary on Tuesday. Several of her work collegues, felt that this was unnecessary as Lyndsey had been 'Mystery Shopped' recently and the report gave the department, 93.8%, which was the highest that they had had in a very long time, she also has had lots of very very good customer comment cards that have praised her knowledge and the way that she puts over the information she gives out. She doesn't stand on a rostrum but does give talks to visitors several times a day. Lou were you looking at the picture that I sent you? Lyndsey says thank you very much for the reading and she is the little girl in the photo that I sent. |
