Psalm 23 The Lord is my shepherd, I have everything I need. He lets me rest in fields of green grass and leads me to quiet pools of fresh water. He gives me new strength. He guides me in the right paths as He has promised. Even if I go through the deepest darkness, I will not be afraid, Lord, for you are with me. Your shepherd's rod and staff protect me. You prepare a banquet for me where all my enemies can see me; You welcome me as an honored guest and fill my cup to the brim. I know that your goodness and love will be with me all my life; And your house will be my home as long as I live. from the Good News Bible.

This I command you, to love one another. John 15 v 13,14,17. Revised Standard Version TUESDAY: As for you my brothers, you were called to be free. Proverbs 3 v 27 - 29 THURSDAY: ... imagine a woman who has ten coins and loses one. Won't she light a lamp and scour the house, looking in every nook and cranny until she finds it? And when she finds it you can be sure she'll call her friends and neighbours. 'Celebrate with me! I've found my lost coin.' Count on it, that's the kind of party God's angels throw every time one lost soul turns to God. Luke 15 v 8 - 10 The Message. John 15 v 15 SATURDAY: When Jesus was invited to dinner and he saw that everyone was trying to get the best seats, he cautioned them to act with true humility. Then he turned to his host and said, 'The next time you give a dinner, don't just invite your friends and family and rich neighbours - the kind of people who will return the favour. Instead, invite some people who never get invited out, the misfits from the wrong side of the track. You'll see, and experience, a blessing. They won't be able to return the favour but the favour will be returned - oh, how it will be returned! - at the resurrection of God's people. Luke 14 exerpts 7 - 12 The Message.

'My response is to get down on my knees before the Father................... I ask him to strengthen you by his Spirit - not a brute strength but a glorious inner strength - that Christ will live in you as you open the door and invite him in. And I ask him that, with both feet planted firmly on love, you'll be able to take in with all Christians the extravagant dimensions of Christ's love. Reach out and experience it's breadth! Test it's length! Plumb the depths! Rise to the heights. Live full lives! Live in the fullness of God.' Ephesians 3 v 14 - 19 The Message.

Psalm 23 The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil; for thou are with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; thou annointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. King James Version.
