Xpect to get the test results next week (the sight of the needle made me go all weak) You’ll never guess what the nurse did say!! She wants my BP checked another day Zactly what they think is wrong, who knows It’s all part of being an older woman, I suppose.

Felt really good when I walked my mile. My dog is so 'sparky' he makes me smile Goodness me, Dee you don't seem old. You really never should have told Have to confess I'm an older woman too, Had my blood pressure checked - just like you I also have hot flushes- and they are a pain!. Reluctant to see your thread disappear. It has been going since the New Year. Sad not to see Mrs Puddleduck NZ coming back to this thread. Then we have lost Anthony how can we get them back Dee? Unless other people add a line we'll lose this thread over time
