FAMILY HISTORY FAIRS Just found a leaflet I picked up at the Stockport FHF last month showing where and when the Fairs are to be held. I can recommend a visit, expecially for the beginners to our obsessional hobby, as the wealth of information, advice and help is tremondous. Look at www.familyhistoryfairs[.]com for a list of venues and dates. The next one is at BUXTON, DERBYSHIRE on June 1st then we shall have to wait until September for the rest. WORD OF WARNING - Decide how much you can afford to spend on your visit, otherwise you may have to take out a loan the following day. The reason being that there are so many books, CDs and info from many of the Family History Societies in the country that you will be spoilt for choice. Happy hunting Vera, Manchester
