I live by the bush, actually my house only has one other house and then it is into bush, actually a gorge.....very unusual! So you liked the snake! Haven't seen one at the house as yet but I've been told they come, along with kangeroos....but as yet not seen one of those either. Yes, I hear that NZ do not have as many nasties as we do over here.
