, indeed, he may turn over a new leaf. But, that's enough of this dream.

Reality of everyday life on the street sets in. Streetcars are seen on the move for once. Sally looks younger than her daughters these days - botox perhaps or maybe not!

Meanwhile, the smoking 'lounge' at the Rovers caught fire on it's opening day & screams were heard coming from the cellar. Does anyone remember where the celler entrance is? Next to the gents, perhaps!

Well, you wouldn't believe it if I told you that ....

so there we have it - Jack Duckworth's love child - in that case Terry is her brother - how lovely - perhaps that's where David's genes come into play she thought. Now Gail had always fancied herself a cut above the rest of the street, as did her mother in spite of the fact that she had such a peculiar accent - what would people thunk when they discovered she was in fact Gail Duckworth - didn't bear thinking about. She decided to keep quiet about it for a while in order to come up with a stratgegy. She also wondered if Jack was aware he was David's grandfather - the shock could kill him stone dead. Meanwhile David was languishing in his cell unware of recent revelations and he began to plan

Gail turned over the letter the address was 2 Rosamand Street, oh my god, just around the corner. Her real father had been there all this time and she never knew. He must have been watching her and her brood getting up to all sorts over the years.

Gail turned to her mother, 'Mother you are a good for nothing old tart, with a very odd accent and an equally odd hairstyle. Why dd you never tell me about him?

Audrey looked witsfully into the past......

headed towards the travel agents. Meanwhile, back at the Platts, Gail was eyeing a letter which had arrived that morning. Nothing strange about that, except it was addressed to Bert & Ivy Tilsley and dated 1960 something and she couldn't quite make out where it had come from and why it had been delivered to her house, especially after so long. It hadn't been re-addressed or owt. Should she open it. What would the contents reveal about that old witch Ivy. That was it! the post mark ended in 'something' 'wich', but which 'wich' and why!

start a rumour about him being a wanted criminal - that should keep him off any cruise!!! Rita pondered going on a cruise but remembered the last time she had gone on holiday to Blackpool and that Alan Bradley turned up - very nasty memories. She decided instead to get her hair re-dyed from that marmalade colour to a subtle red again. She wondered if Bet Lynch was still on the go and if so was she still blonde and wearing leopard skin - maybe not. There was no talent in Coronation Street for Rita, or anyone else come to that - perhaps they should try and get Liz to do some speed dating in the Rovers. To this end Rita

As Roy will confirm, even in Roman times, the deceased was placed in a tomb that became an alter of worship upon which pious descendants periodically placed some flowers. Norris has just reminded me that you have no descendants - just like himself.
