being that William was a Shoemaker also and there is a Willy Wadman c1857 on this 1861.You will need to look into this further to confirm.
Best step forward cos of the use of middle names on these records is to obtain the birth cert and confirm parents as Henry and Eliza Emily.

I am pretty sure that he is the Charles Henry who was in Hackney in 1901 as his wife would appear to come from that area (Laura Cole). Then they are on the passenger lists going to Argentina shortly afterwards. Plus they named their daughter Emily which might tie in with Charles' mother.
