Hello to all Reynolds and relations, I am trying to trace WILLIAM JOHN REYNOLDS b.1868 in Bethnal Green. He married firstly ELLEN TRATTLE in Bromley in1889/90 and had a daughter HELLEN (or Elizabeth Ellen) b.1891. His wife Ellen died in June 1897 aged 27 in Whitechapel. He married again in 1899 to FLORENCE ELIZA STANLEY in Stepney and they had 3 children- Florence b.1900, George Albert b.1902 and Maud Winifred b1907 all in Mile End. Both marriage certs give his father as HENRY WILLIAM REYNOLDS a hatter (or hatmaker) but the only person of this name and profession in the same area did not have a son named William John according to the census. Brickwall. In the 1940's WILLIAM J.REYNOLDS lived and ran a motor and cycles repairs shop at 22, Fairfield Road, Bow. E3. His son GEORGE ALBERT my late father-in-law worked with him. My husband JIM REYNOLDS would love to hear from anyone who thinks they may have links to either HENRY WILLIAM or WILLIAM JOHN REYNOLDS or to HELLEN and FLORENCE. Thanks. Angie Reynolds
