I went to this yesterday. As usual it was very good but it was surprising how the interests have shifted. Up to last year the emphasis was on papercraft, card making and scrap booking. This year it was definitely on needlework, embroidery, quilting and knitting. I still managed to spend £30 though but have spent more in previous years.

best place to look for craft shows is on www.stallfinder.co.uk

All the craft shows large and small advertise here and the stall holders.

Hi I go along to the one held at Bath and West showground. This year 24th/27th April. Always a good day with lots of "what I've always needed" things
to buy ;-)

Shame. I would have thought that there would be some interest on here with the crafters thata re around. I think they run coach trips to this one.. But I do see your problem Jill.

trouble is, I always think I don't want/need anything then see all these lovely things I must have Lol!!!

There is a Creative Craft show being held at Malvern Show ground (under cover) from 27th February to 1st March 2014.

I have been several times before and these are usually very good shows, they cover all sorts of crafts.
Machine embroidery workshops,
Decopatch and block craft workshops,
Bead work shops (3 different)
Mixed media Pile and plunder workshop (machine reverse applique
Extreme textiles
Needle felting flowers
Fusing fabric

Plus supplies for papercrafting/card making, cross stititch, needlecraft, knitting, stamping, quilting, sewing, scrapbooking.

If you want to know a bit more about the workshops ask and I will copy from the leaflet, too much to copy all at once if nobody is interested.
