Hi
I was wondering if anyone one knew the whereabouts of any of Sidney & Elva Barratt's children, they lived in Pakenham in the early 1990's & had lived there for many years..
Sid was originally from Grimsby, Lincolnshire, England. Sidney was my Great uncle & we eventually got to write to each other in the early nineties . Sidney was already in his early nineties then. He also had a brother Alfred Barratt, renamed " Wood" when he was adopted & he married Bella & had one son Alfred wood.
I know there were three sons to Sidney & Elva. Who were Ken, Allan & Jim. Allan was an Harness Marker at one point & Jim an accountant in British Columbia.
I know its a long shot but I really would like to catch up with the family.
Any help would be appreciated.
Marie Tuplin.
