JoonieCloonie you should check again I did respond to Gai, she made two postings with the same info. Again I thank you for responding to my thread & despite your interpretation I do appreciate people taking the time to research my threads. Granted I have confused the matter by what could appear to be postings about the same person. I have previously found NEW info for others & they have found it for me by asking about DIFFERENT family members/siblings. Thank you for your time.

it bothers me when I spent time 'finding' things that people already know and haven't bothered to mention

this thread reappeared in my 'My threads' list when Gai added the funeral info that followed on what I had 'found' and I had a few minutes to check in at this site

and I noticed there had been no response from you

still not sure what you were nudging this thread for when you clearly had informatoin about the descendants of Frederick and Elsie Kelley?

my slothful self has to wander off and get some sleep, after sitting for too many hours at the computer ... actually since yesterday morning, having had to work through the night to complete an urgent job and meet a deadline on another... and it being late again now ...

JoonieCloonie - firstly I never said that I had that information I had some of it. I have not lost interest but don't have the luxury like some to sit for hours at the computer. I thanked you and others for assisting me - but it seems like you obviously wanted more than that. Not sure what your problem is, just don't help if it bothers you that it appears someone is not eternally grateful - no need to be sarcastic - you should seriously consider dropping your attitude.

so it would seem likely this is wife Amber's death, from the Ryerson index

WILSON Amber May
Death notice 15JUL2005
Death 82
Sydney Morning Herald 19JUL2005

but after energetically nudging his various threads, David seems to have lost interest

marriage
3612/1944
WILSON WILLIAM DAVID
LAWRENCE AMBER MAY
LIVERPOOL

oh what fun, David has Amber in his tree (as does someone else)

I think we can all tuck David's threads up for a long nap now

David if you had that info about the David Wilson + Amber Lawrence marriage what were you nudging this thread for?

Gai

And then of course we have the thread in Find Ancestors where most of this was found 4 years ago

http://www.genesreunited.com.au/boards/board/ancestors/thread/1267111

but why mention that when nudging all these old duplicated threads?

bad enough all the threads in the first place, but to revive them after it being pointed out that they are too closely related and related info is being posted in more than one and not include the known info ...

NSW electoral rolls 1943 1949 1954 when adult children might have been in the household

1949 only Elsie

1954 only Elsie

'Leslie W Wilson and Clara Reynolds ... had two children William David b 1920 and Lorna May 1922'

are you looking for their descendants or is this information that you have?

WILSON LORNA MAY
WILLIAM LESLIE
CLARA
ORANGE

on the 1943 electoral roll there are an Addie Leana and William David Wilson, labourer, at 3 Jarrah Street, Riverina

by date of birth this would appear to be his death notice

David, re this and your William David Wilson thread

since you are aware of the Ryerson site, have you searched there for death notices? or googled as I did re the Bruchhauser thread and found the death notice there? -

http://www.genesreunited.co.uk/boards/board/living_relatives/thread/1267423

no luck with trees at this site? (as I found the Bruchhauser child in a tree here)

KELLEY Elsie Isabel
Death notice 28SEP1967
Death 71 late of Granville
Sydney Morning Herald 29SEP1967

googling again with that full name (you did not give middle name) finds this

Elsie Isabel Kelley - Date of Death 28/09/1967, Granted on ...
http://search.records.nsw.gov.au/items/1276190;jsessionid=593F43EC5F64A6182A85F76C01810270
Elsie Isabel Kelley - Date of Death 28/09/1967, Granted on 02/07/1968. Date range: unknown. Item Number Or Control Symbol: Series 4-652488. Descriptive ...

which appears to be a search result now not directly accessible but you could repeat the search

also this rather startling item

http://trove.nla.gov.au/ndp/del/page/10250672

involving Leslie and Elsie

but again, what information about Leslie William Wilson are you looking for?

I'm gathering now that the reason you are looking for descendants of the three couples you have threads about is to find information about him

Elsie & Frederick married 1916 at Newton Sydney.

Elsie' s siblings included James Strachan Wilson 1883, Arthur David Wilson 1887, Walter N Wilson 1890 , Jessie Wilson 1878 and Leslie William Wilson 1892.

Leslie W Wilson and Clara Reynolds married 1920 at St Peters Sydney they had two children William David b 1920 and Lorna May 1922 although Leslie only acknowledge William as his. In 1923 Leslie was the applicant in a divorce application with Clara as respondent and a Joseph Dooley as co-respondent. I have a copy of divorce application - but it does not appear as though it ever became absolute.

Any help appreciated.

Have you tried "Search all trees" under the Search button above?

If you find a possible match you can contact the tree owner to see if you have a match.

I would suggest that you delete the automatic message that is already in the message box and write your own as members will not open their tree without first establishing the connection with you.

I am trying to track descendants of the above couple
Elsie was nee Wilson and she was born 1896 , she married Frederick in 1916.

Elsie is the sister of Leslie William Wilson who married my grandmother Clara Reynolds in 1920. I am searching for information on him - any assistance greatly appreciated.
