David for those of us who were not around in 2012 and so we don't have to read through several other threads to get the gist

what exactly is it that you are looking to find out?

did you obtain the death notices for Joseph and Dorothy to see whether family members (grandchildren) were named?

in 1954, the Bruchhauser household at 58 Blaxcell St, Granville, on the electoral roll (at Ancestry) was

Dorothy Violet, home duties
Joseph Francis, tailor
Reginald Joseph, labourer

Reginald married in 1960, so one assumes he is a son of Dorothy and Joseph

the household was the same in 1949, and only Dorothy and Joseph appear in 1943 (as Reginald would have been too young)

since there is no record of a Robert John Bruchhauser anywhere I see, it appears that the name was actually Reginald Joseph

Reginald 1924 is in a family tree here at genesreunited that appears to belong to a relation of Jemima

BRUCHHAUSER Reginald Joseph
Death notice 02NOV2014
Death 90 late of Granville
Daily Telegraph (Sydney) 04NOV2014

how very unfortunate that this was only a few months ago

but at least any info in the death notice would be current

Assume Joseph was the Joseph F born 1890 to Henry & Annie in Sydney. He died in 1956. He had older twin brothers and 3 younger sisters. His mother died in 1911 and his father in 1925.

His death notice may reveal more (i.e. names of children, maybe grandchildren). You can request a lookup from www.ryersonindex.org/lookup.htm

You have 4 or 5 separate queries about the same people/family.
Perhaps it would be better to combine it all so you do not have to keep repeating yourself.
The same advice is being offered on all - see if there is anyone else with this family in their trees.

Hi Penny - thanks I simply forget that others are not privvy to the information I have.

This family all in New South Wales, Australia

Reg & Jessie married 1898 in Sydney.

Dorothy was born in 1902 St Peters, Sydney and married Joseph Bruchhauser in 1904 at Newtown Sydney. I believe they had one child ?Robert John I have no idea of the year.

Jessie's siblings included James Strachan Wilson 1883, Arthur David Wilson 1887, Walter N Wilson 1890 , Elsie I Wilson 1896 and Leslie William Wilson 1892.

Leslie W Wilson and Clara Reynolds married 1920 at St Peters Sydney they had two children William David b 1920 and Lorna May 1922 although Leslie only acknowledge William as his. In 1923 Leslie was the applicant in a divorce application with Clara as respondent and a Joseph Dooley as co-respondent. I have a copy of divorce application - but it does not appear as though it ever became absolute.

thanks - sorry for the paucity of info initially.
David

Have you tried "Search all trees" under the Search button above?

If you find a possible match you can contact the tree owner to see if you have a match.

I would suggest that you delete the automatic message that is already in the message box and write your own as members will not open their tree without first establishing the connection with you.

I am trying to track descendants of the above couple
Dorothy was daughter of Reginald & Jessie North, jessie was daughter of David Black Wilson and Jemima Crew Strachan.

Jessie was the sister of Leslie William Wilson who married my grandmother Clara Reynolds in 1920. I am searching for information on him - any assistance greatly appreciated.
