Father's family

I have been trying for years to discover my later father's roots. At long past I think I have found out where he was born but have no information between the age of about 9 and his 20s. He was Terence O'Connor and, in the 1911 census, was in Nazareth Lodge, Belfast, having been picked up off the streets. In 1913 he was sent to St Columba's Industrial School, Killybegs, Co Donegal. That is where the trail goes cold again.

I know nothing of his family background and would love to trace live relatives.
