yes, earnest samuel was my mother's father. this is the right family . my next step is to try and contact their daughter, elizabeth or any members of the family i can find

I have a Davies family on the Wirral in Wallasey but I stopped at around 1900 as they were siblings of my husbands great grandmother.
How old was ernest Samuel when you new him in the 50's?

Have you tried friends reunited or facebook - you can do a street search on friends reunited, there may be a neighbour listed who lived there, and can give you more information.

I am trying to locate any of the davies family who lived in wallasey, wirral, in the 1950s. they were winifred and ernest samuel who were living at mount pleasant road, wallasey in 1950s. they had sons and daughters - carole, lorna, geoffrey and maybe more. carole went to america and another sister was married and living in wallasey in the 1970s. I met her as she is my aunt by birth, but lost touch.
does anyone have any idea about any of this family ?
