Thanks Lynski I found that record too, but that Philip Henry settled in Syracuse New York where he raised a family and died. The Philip Henry I am looking for went on to father 4 children in the 1920s here in England.

Yes, that is very strange. I have had the same problem with Philip Henry Hales. I never could find a death for him either and he was born in 1868 so I know he is still not alive.
