I dont seem to be able to find the marriage of Maud Charlotte Silvester b1922 to Lewis Septimus Brewer b 1919. Hull I Am trying to find Mauds Mother. Any help greatly appreciated Thanks

The marriage was in 1942 Buckrose registration district

You would need the marriage certificate to be sure but this looks like your Maud's mother with her aunt and uncle in the 1911 census:-

If it matches the info posted on this thread then get the parents marriage cert for their ages and names of father etc

The members that help on the boards can only offer suggestions or possible matches on names. Most of the time it is fairly accurate but it needs confirming by buying the certs.

Perhaps the parents of Lewis never married or married in Scotland or overseas. Without getting his birth cert it is at the moment a mystery.
