Find Living Relatives

Hi, when i lived in London( Bromley) i had a very close friend for many years. When i moved back to Preston we kept in touch for a long time after, last contact was 1995....................i last wrote to the last known address and unfortunately had a letter returned saying no longer at that address..................She has been on my mind for quite some time now, I have no luck in finding the marriage by date she gave me...........................so i dont know if the marriage went through , i only have the first name of her partner at the time.

Is there any way of being able to find her????

In 1995 she moved to Darford, last letter was that she was getting married sept 1997 to Paul. sorry dont know his surname....................

My feeling is that she must be the Marcia F Franks and she'd be in her late 40s now.

yes i know she had a few. i defo know of a brother...................cant remember if his name was stephen, not too sure now

even if anyone could find addresses of any of them would be great....................

No sign of the marriage but it could be they married abroad.

If you have the old address, you could try Dartfordl library to see who lived there at that time and get Paul's surname.

like i say last letter i had was dated 17th may 1996, she states they planning for wedding for 6th sept 1997................and yes i still have the old address.............

I am looking for a long lost friend, a lot of year's have passed since i last saw him...cant even remember his last name.
His first name is Michael, & his address was
1, Goldington Building's Royal Collage Street London.
But becourse i dont know his surname im stuck.
The last time i saw him was abt 1957 ( yes i know it's a long time )
If i could just find his surname..

June, you have tacked this on to an unrelated thread I think! You need to start a new one for your own query.
However, as you are here, it is easy to answer. You need to look at the electoral register for that address. These are normally at the nearest main library for the area. You have to go in person, or if this is not possible ask the staff to look for you.
