There was also another daughter who died soon after birth.

I just happened to remember the unusual name. I did PM Susan at the time about returning to threads, and she did delete the new one she had posted, but no reply on the original one.
I wasn't trying to have a go, just encouraging her to give some feedback, though I might have phrased it better maybe!

I've PMd to Susan re returning to thread via 'my threads' to answer queries :-)

I did'nt bother to look to see if there was another thread as I thought the other post related to yesterdays thread which has now been removed it seems probably because full dates of births were posted

I thought GR could edit posts now :-S

I'm sure, you are well capable Reggie to carry out that task aswell........as you seem more bothered than me that there has been an earlier thread of simular content, which really isnt a life or death situation,,,,,is it.?

Susan knows about that marriage it seems...Not seeing any children

She probably doesn't Kay.........very few people take the time to find out how the site works when they join

Perhaps you'd care to send her a PM and explain - that would be constructive

Ever thought Susan may not have the site knowledge that she can return to her original thread way back in April.......!

I thought as much - 2 posts only is a bit of a giveaway.........lol!

Susan

You seem to have added these ladies to your GR tree.

Don't you realise that the site guidelines are that you must have permission from any living individual whose details you add to a GR tree?

Susan, you started a thread about the same thing in April, but never went back to it. Hope you reply this time!

You are looking for your half sisters. but is your mother still living do you know?

Edit- It looks like her husband died in 1973 not seeing an obvious re-marriage or any marriages for the children

Could they have left the country?
