i have marriage of my uncle and peggy but cannot find her birth i think her birth year might me 1925? and in the month of december

If her name is Peggy on marriage cert it's probably Peggy really.
Have you got the cert? This will give her age.

Have you looked for a Delo/Brett marriage on Freebmd? The name is so unusual that if you find one it's highly likely to be yours.
You need to go hunting yourself, much more enjoyable!
