www.192 isnt a tracing service or a BMD look up site . It offers access to electoral roll addresses and on some free results a tel nos too. You pay to view the hidden info.

192 isn't a tracing service.................all the site does is give info from phone books and electoral registers.

They must have wondered what was happening when you phoned them............

You should NOT, in any case attempt to contact him.............this MUST be done through an intermediary

i do belive he has kept his first names and everything adds up to the area where he was adopted in I , his last known address was in 2012. Yes you are right all these companies need money for searching for even the smallest details. 192.com, UKtrace and companies like that will not find the people as far as I know, but will give you their last known address taken from the electrol roll (as long as they have not opted out)

norcass??? do you mean norcap? if so these are the people you should be registering with who will pass on your details should he be looking for his birth family

Edit - maybe uktrace do look for people at a cost no doubt?

Do you have reason to believe Peter is living in the area you are looking at? if he was adopted would he have necessary have kept both of his first names?
