I have just searched Friends Reunited and Forces Reunited and your doug rigby is not listed. I will leave you to search Face Book

I agree with Reggie - I'm ex mil myself. You need to know the guy's unit ie 1st battalion Welsh Guards (that is just an example) then search on 'Goggle' using true title and you might come up with a Regimental Association with a Guest Book and you could post in the book.

You could search by name on Face Book site, Friends Reunited site. You could post in Forces Reunited but you would need to be a paid up member to get reply.

Try Forces reunited

And there is no such thing as the Welsh Army.

Find out from your brother which unit he actually served with, then use that info to search for Rigby on the site

What about my other question? Too many Douglas Rigbys unless you can narrow things down.

Why does the title say Doug Battersby? Is he a Rigby or a Battersby?

Any idea of age or where born?

Hi all Im looking for a Doug Rigby who served in the Welsh army during the late 1970,s . He served with my brother Paul Davies known as chalkie. His last known location was London. My brother would love to contact again . We were looking at photos of Doug at my brothers wedding way back in the 1980,s in Barry South Glamorgan . Any info would be grate guys. Many Thanks :-)
