Have you looked to see if anyone has them in their trees on here?
There is also a Robert George born 1931 in Lanchester, so searching for marriages may be difficult.

Have you checked for matches - 'search all trees' is to be found in search box above right.
I think you should remove the comment re. your mother, it doesn't help your search and these people might still be living.

Looking for any known relatives of siblings Robert and Maureen George, born 1929 and 1933 respectively in I think Lanchester Co Durham. They had an older brother Raymond, born in 1926. Parents were James and Dora (nee Carr). Raymond I believe to be my mum's biological dad
