I am trying to track down a Julie Reed who was born to Geoffrey Cyril Reed or Cyril Geoffrey Reed and Vera Smith. The only information I have is that her father was born and died in Taunton and worked as a housing officer in Tower Hamlets, any help is appreciated

Sorry got a bit tied up after posting the message, the marriage date I have is the one in Chard in 1941, as the family were from that area, I am related to Julie in the fact that her father Geoffrey or Cyril as I have recently discovered his name was, was the half brother of my grandfather who moved to Scotland in 1941 after marrying my gran, my papa originally being from Oxford himself, his mother then moved down to Taunton and Chard after 1914

Was she born 1941? If so you are looking for Julia A.
There isn't an obvious marriage for her, at least not in or around Somerset. Maybe you should get Geoffrey's death cert, the informant might offer some clues - hopefully it is a relative.
