You are also registered under the surname Rhodes, as were your siblings. This would seem to imply your parents were not married. Indeed, I don't see a marriage for Timothy Satterley to an Annie.

If you look on FreeBMD, there is only one Timothy showing and he married in 1923 to a Margaret Button. Not seeing any children born to them though.

I have never experienced this myself, but from what i have learned on here there are a few things you should do.
Firstly, I would get access to your adoption file to ascertain all the info you can, and get advice too. Ask social services, they will guide you.
You might consider putting your name on the national adoption register, in case your family are searching for you, or do so in the future.
And think about contacting NORCAP:

Hi my birth name was Trevor Satterley born in Doncaster 1954

My family lived in Hamilton Avenue, Springwall Lane, Doncaster and my Mothers name was Annie and my Fathers name was Timothy, that's all I know apart from the fact that they had two other children, they were devout Methodists and I was adopted when I was about one year old

I am trying to trace any living relatives particularly Brothers or Sisters

I have been trying for years but got nowhere, if anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated
