Have you tried "Search all trees" under the Search button above?

If you find a possible match you can contact the tree owner to see if you have a match.

I would suggest that you delete the automatic message that is already in the message box and write your own as members will not open their tree without first establishing the connection with you.

Were they adopted?

If so, add yourself to the national adoption contact register, and hope that one -or both - of them has done the same

Have you done anything apart from post on here in your attempt to trace them?
