Try looking in 'search all trees'...IF you know where he was born

What is the reason for this? Are you related?

There is no birth registered for the name in 1948 in England/Wales

all i can find is him born redruth (which is correct) by typin in phillip james...then charles comes up as mid name which is his as mothers maiden name is abrahams

If you have found the birth you will see it was not 1948

And the second forename does not appear in full on the GRO index for the period in question
