I have been searching for years for info on my mother's sister Irene Stanford nee Watson she was born in Consett Co Durham in 1917 and married Peter Murphy then married again to Ronald Stanford. They lived in west Bromwich. She had two children we think named Margaret and Peter. Would be great if I could meet my cousins after 53 years! Would appreciate any info .

Have you got her exact date of birth?
There is this:
Irene Stanford
Birth Date: 30 May 1917
Date of Registration: Jul 1998
Age at Death: 81
Registration district: Surrey Northern
Inferred County: Surrey
Register Number: NSD4
District and Subdistrict: 7571D
Entry number: 291

Suggest you try for Ronald P, Margaret and Peter.

Or bt online for Stanford in Mortlake.
