WATKINS - WILKINS Frank BORN 1950s'

I am looking for a cousin Frank born in in ONTARIO by the name of FRANK WATKINS and pssibly changed his name to his motheer's maiden name WILKINS. His mother's name was TERESA NELLIE WILKINS (Known as Nellie) who was born in WITHINGON, Lancashire UK in 1913. Grandparents' born in North of UK (Lancashire) by the names' of HENRY JOSHUA WILKINS 1878 in Withington and TERESA CHARLOTTE DAVIS born in 1872 in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.

My cousins have lost track of him since his mother passed away in approx 1970s' He is believed to be still in Ontario. Any advice/help would be helpful on how I could trace him. Many thanks.

I've been looking for awhile now too. Searched many pages but no luck. If anyone know this Frank, please let us know. My mom always talks about him. He was at her parents 50th wedding anniversary in the early 70's but we've not had any contact since. Thank you. Lizze. <3
