This might be her birth, right area, but have a care - there are quite a few births for the same name around this time:

I would like to find anyone who is related to my Grandmother who died when my Father Fred John Smith was a baby in 1923/24 . Her Father was called Sauel and was born in Liverpool in 1875 ??
