I am trying to find my half brother. I believe he may be in Wales and may have a different surname.

If he may have another surname could be tricky to locate him

Was he adopted or did his mother remarry?

Researching:
In Essex,Hertfordshire,Cambridgeshire,East and North London and Kent...My lot did'nt travel much

Unless you know his current name you may have difficulties have you tried registering on Norcap

Was his birth registered as Pearson?

Why do you think his surname may now be different?
