I have sent a message to them both, thank you for your suggestions. This all came from AncestryDNA and matching with a relative, and the way we connect in the tree would mean the Eileen in question is my grandmother. Its crazy

Also, have you tried contacting the Pauline who has Jacqueline's parents in her tree, as suggested to Jacqueline in 2013?

Irene seems to have deleted her tree, but Pauline's tree is still there.

If Jacqueline was adopted, her forename at birth may have been different

ArgyllGran

ArgyllGran Report 13 Jul 2021 18:25

Slight possibility:

If Jacqueline is the Walton/Carter child born in 1962 in Liverpool, someone named Peter MIGHT have her on his GR tree - see "Search all member trees" under "Search" at top right of this page.

He has given her birthplace as Sunderland, but there's no such birth.
Might be worth sending him a message in case that's the same Jacqueline, and in case she's the one you're looking for.

There's no guarantee of a reply, of course, but you might be lucky.
Even if he replies, and even if she is the right person, she may be just a distant twig on his tree, with no known contact info.

Peter doesn't have your Jacqueline's parents on his tree, so it may be a red herring.

Sorry, but you’re unlikely to find her through GR as she has deleted her membership

Hi Erika,
I gathered although I hope one day she may see this message as I've only recently discovered this information and will persevere until I find Jaqueline :)

Yes, it looks like some "PETTY" person has reported Jacquelines other thread,

As there were "links" to the 2 threads, I can't see any reason why the other thread has been reported.

What a great welcome to Genes Reunited Jacqueline has had !!!

Don't let it upset you, Jacqueline, and welcome to GR and the boards.

If you go to "Seach" (top right corner of this page) and then "Search all Trees" there are two ladies (Pauline and Irene) with your Mum and David ---and their parents on their trees.

In the search box put your mums name and year of birth and Liverpool do the search, and click on either Pauline or Irene name and send a message to them,

(I would send a message to both--delete the Automated message out of the message box and write your own message explaining what you wish to know) and hopefully, if they are still members of GR they will reply to you. (The reply will come to your "Messages" on the top of this page)

Hope this helps

Best Wishes
Barbara x

As this is on the Find Living relatives board, I was assuming that you wished to make contact with him.
My point is that even with his correct birth documents, if he moved away from Liverpool there will be too many possible marriages to track him reliably.
The exact date of birth helps with deaths, and knowing his Father helps with marriage certificates, of which there will be many.
He has no middle initial on the birth information, unfortunately.
The first place to start is to contact all those on here who have David Carter born 1939 in their trees.

The most useful documents would be the marriage certs, if you are wishing to trace your ancestry

As you can appreciate there are many David Carter's
Do you know who he married, if he had any children, and when and where you were last in contact?
Could you also say how you are related to him?
Thank-you

Added:
There seem to be several David Carters born in Liverpool in 1939 in people's trees on here.
Have you tried to contact them?
