Welcome to the boards David.
First things first - you need to remove your email address. It is for your own protection as this is not a secure site, hence revealing it is against Genes T & C's. People can contact you privately by clicking on your name.
Have you tried 192.com, BT online? Does she have children you can look for?
Might help if you say when & where she was last seen.

Just a note - she is Victoria A. which might help narrow it down a bit.

Who was her mother?

Have you looked for a death for her (the mother)?
