	Hi I am looking for the second child of Doris Violet Maynard nee Osborn and Joseph Maynard from Bromley Kent I presummed his name was Derek but I may be mistaken and I have looked everywhere - can anybody help? His birth would have been around 1930+

	Hi yes thats them and his brother was Joseph just cant seem to find Derek who I have found on the 1964 electoral unless Derek was the father of Joseph snr and not the son??

	1964 roll shows Derek Maynard, Joseph M Maynard Eleanor R Maynard (??) and Doris Maynard.

	He didn't have to be either father or son.......could have been a brother, or a cousin - or simply someone who happened to have the same surname Look for births for Derek Maynard, and follow through........... Is this Joseph snr? Births Jun 1907 (>99%) MAYNARD Joseph Masters Stepney 1c 390

	There is only one Maynard/Osborn birth in England/Wales You could look to see whether the mother had a child before she married Maynard........
