She is at that address on the London ER with husband and daughter Lillian Medland Spicer in 1929. Lillian and Thomas are still at same address in 1932, but then I loose them.

This is the Lilian Spicer death from the Ancestry tree which Mike found. Impossible to say whether they know this to be right or have just looked for a death and found one which fits - as I did!

I think it's wrong Jan - this is probably her probate record:

Probate was granted to her husband George Henry Spicer! She died Sedgeley, Staffs, lived at Wednesfield Staffs.

I really do think the Lilian Medland Thomas death is likely to be right. It's possible she married twice as I too never found her marriage to a Thomas.
The only way to be sure would be to either get the birth cert (to check birth date) or the death cert and see what it says.

Well, the birth matches - her's was reg in Q2, so within the time limits. I wondered about 2 marriages, there is this birth in London in 1933:

The 1932 ER has her still single and in St Marylebone, so in the general area?
