If anyone out there remembers Katherine May Flather nee (Lighthowler) during the War years of 1940-1945 in Doncaster I would be very interested to hear from you.
She was liviing in East Laith Gate beginning of war then went to live in Hunt Lane Bentley where she worked in a factory :-(

It looks like she married James Flather in 1939 and might have subsequently re-married in 1943 to Joseph Rackley.
