Please Debra, if you are planning to research this family...........take note of the fact that there is no 'R' in the name COWLEY.

You'll find it difficult if you don't search using the correct surname..................

Hope it's OK to post this here. Catharine brown, married to Arthur Hughes abt 1825,her parents were Richard Brown and Mary Campbell. I'm looking for Richard and Mary's marriage with no luck. Would assume they married about 1800 ish. Catharine was born 1805. Thanks PS if the name Arthur Hughes means anything to anyone I would love to hear from you. I've been been looking for him for years _he's my gtgtgt grandfather

Elaine, as this is a thread about a specific family, it won't be much use to you. I take it you found it by searching the surname Campbell?

Much better to start a new thread of your own and we'll be able to help you without getting confused by the names on this thread :-)

You will see "add topic" at the top right of the boards, as you are looking for a marriage from the early 1800s it would be best to post on the "Find Ancestors" board.
