Hi
I'm trying to find descendant's of Mary Flannagan (spelling may vary). Mary was also known as May.

Her mother was Mary Ann Flannagan who married James Fleming after Mary's birth. Thomas and Mary went onto have a daughter Catherine Fleming.

I believe May may have a daughter called Amy, and Amy had a brother or husband called Freddie. (This is from a photo to Auntie Cath from Amy and Freddie - which I will happily copy to descendant's found).

It is difficult to find traces of May/Mary as I believe she was illegitimate and I believe she moved from the home town of Middlesbrough.

Any help appreciated

Hi
Yes I have looked but no replies as yet. Yes that's the census I have where she is 4 yo with my Nana Agnes.

I've got a possible lead on a Fergusson marriage in 1932 but need to get certificates from Middlesbrough.

The easiest way to order a cert is do so online from the GRO

Looking at births was the difficulty, but that's why I think the Fergusson might be the right direction. Their children were Elizabeth A and William F.

Thank you for the other info. I live near Ponte now so that's easier for me to check out

When you do send messages to possible connections under "Search all trees" I would suggest that you delete the automatic message about looking at their tree.

Most members will not open their trees to you until a connection has been established so just type your own message about who you are looking for.

I usually personalise the message and put the person in common in the subject heading Lynski. Thank you.
