Where did you get that birth information from?
Thanks

Added:
Sorry, not showing on free bmd, this is from ancestry
John T Neale
Mother's Maiden Surname: Newland
Date of Registration: Jul-Aug-Sep 1919
Registration district: Southwark
Inferred County: Greater London
Volume Number: 1d
Page Number: 69

Do you know what the T stands for, and do you know if he is still alive?

Is Eustace House just an area of London, or is there a physical building of significance for your search?

Do you have his exact date of birth?

There is no obvious death on ancestry up to 2006, as you will have seen, and no obvious death on iannounce.

I do not think there was an obvious marriage either.

Do you know what job he had?

Lost for the last 60 years......

Just putting the Freebmd version!
Births Sep 1919 (>99%)
Neals John T Newland Southwark 1d 69

Re. marriages, with my usual starting point of people usually marrying between ages of 18 and 38, there are 5 possibles, though nowhere near London area. No way of knowing if any are him obviously.

One entry in GR trees for John Neale born 'London' in 1919

Try contacting the 'owner' of the tree

patchem Report 20 May 2013 08:20

The 1942 marriage that Heather has posted is in Stoke, not Greater London.

The ER that I posted for 1947 would appear to be John living with his parents Henry and Margaret, so no wife showing - unless coincidentally his wife is called Margaret and his mother has died.

Marriages Jun 1942
Neale John T Davidson Stoke 6b 356
The district Stoke is an alternative name for Stoke on Trent and it is in the county of Staffordshire; information about it can be found here

Hi Annette. Thanks for your note. I've had another look and found the correct marriage but nothing new I'm afraid. Have you looked at the tree suggested on Genes? There's also a 'Newland' tree on Ancestry for a Margaret Newland with parents Thomas Newland and Catheine Power - looks promising as these are the names of 'your' Margaret's children too. I know this is going back and you want to come forward with John Thomas but they just night have more info which would help. I'll keep thinking!
