Looking to make contact with Stephen or Steven Carter born 1963 in Dover, Kent and Christopher Carter born 1964 in Dover, Kent. I know Steven married Tina Harland in Sittingbourne, Kent and they had a daughter Michelle who was born in Minster on Sea, Kent in 1983. Any information gratefully received. |
