Unless your dad's cousin was adopted and had a name change, please edit your opening post to a suggested one of

"Hi I'm looking for my dads cousin Diane Carole Milligan 1972 Redlands Hospital Glasgow. Would love to get in touch."

If you compare, you will see that the exact dob is removed.

Have you tried to search trees on this site to see if anyone has her listed? It is possibly that she would have married by now - try the indexes on www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk if you think she did so in Scotland.

When and where did your Dad last have contact with her please?

Making a free search on Scotlands people, the only Diane Carole Milligan listed is her birth in 1972

There is a birth of a Diane Milligan in 1993 and a death in 2010, but no middle initial.

There are a number of lisitngs for a Diane Milligan on the ER at
http://www.192.com/all/search/ , including one in Glasgow living with a Robert Milligan who may or may not be a husband.

Not seeing a marriage to 2006 of a Diane C in England and Wales

Thanks for the advise have changed the dates. My dad has never met his cousin as they lost touch with his uncle James Milligan. Will try Scotlands people. Thanks once again for your reply

Does he know if/when his Uncle James died? Unless someone else can come up with another suggestion, Diane might have registered his death.

Do you know of any siblings, or the name of Diane's mother? May be we can go sideways and find someone else who may know what happened to her.

I don't know if his Uncle is alive or not, I did a post for James Milligan http://www.genesreunited.co.uk/boards/board/living_relatives/thread/1321677 have followed up a lead sent to me and tried to phone the phone number I found but no luck as no one answers the phone so I thought may have more luck looking for Diane. Would really love to find him as his sister Jean is 90 in May this year and his brother Charlie is turning 80 next year and would love to organize a reunion if possible.
