Hi guys
Am posting this on behalf of a friend who is in australia in the hope that someone may recognise the person she is looking for.

Edward" Eddie" Rodgers born approx 1945 of Irish descent, last known to be living/and or working in Surrey in the 60's as a wages clerk possibly for a bank.

He was 5ft 6 tall with light brown hair and had 6 siblings, who sisters and four brothers

If anyone thinks they recognise any of their family members from this please contact me

Any idea of what part of Ireland, and how accurate is the birth year of 1945, do you think?
Do you know if any of the family were born in Surrey, or he just happened to be working there without them?

There are 3 Rodgers/Downs siblings born in Surrey, but Edward in 1940, or there is an Edward in Limerick in 1945, Rodgers/Mulhall, with 4 siblings in total..

Presumably, he was reputedly the father of your friend in Australia.

You could do with a more specific location too. If he was unmarried at the time, he might well have gone on to marry in the area.
