Were you raised by your birth mother?
If you were adopted there may be a mention of your father on adoption papers even if his name does not appear on your birth certificate.

Have you accessed your adoption papers?

hi gwyn i was adopted at 2 days old i have my birth cert.but no fathers name

Have you tried to find Euphemia by using scotlands people?
Birth in 1937?
