Trying to find out last known address of the above gentleman who died in october 1986 in reading and wokinghAM. Is there anyone out there who may have access to old electoral registers for that area? Or would anyone beable to tell me how i would find access to those registers. I live in the north so would not easily beable to visit the relevant library.
