There appear to be 2 other brothers, one was born in 1972.

All 3 are registered under the surname Pearce as well as Marson.

Rebecca, welcome to the boards.
Have you put yourself on the National Adoption Register? If he is looking for his birth family he might register there, if not on there yet then he might do so in the future.
You might also see if you can have your contact details attached to his adoption file.
Just a quick note - he seems to have been born 1971, not 1972.
